Enforced daily health checks
Our number one concern is the health and safety of our clients and staff. In order to ensure that our chauffeurs are fit for service, they are required to be checked for any possible COVID-19 symptoms every day prior to their shift. This helps to guarantee that your chauffeur is healthy, safeguarding your well-being.
Mandatory face masks
The use of masks helps to prevent to spread of COVID-19, particularly in places where social distancing is hard to maintain. Rest assured that our chauffeurs are always smiling, even behind their face mask! To guarantee maximum protection we are also kindly requesting that you wear a face mask at all times during your travels. This helps protect both you and our staff by mitigating the spread of the virus.
We also offer plastic-wrapped face masks to all our clients at their request.
Upgraded our cleaning routines
While it is still uncertain how long the virus can survive on surfaces, we do not leave anything to chance. To remove any possible contamination from our vehicles we clean both our vehicles and the garaging premises multiple times daily using a professional anti-bacterial solution. This helps to eliminate any lingering bacteria that might be residing within our vehicle, providing you with a sanitized and safe ride.
Acquired professional disinfecting equipment
There is no substitute for professional disinfecting equipment. To comply with stricter measures, we have invested in professional-grade equipment which will be utilized by our chauffeur after each and every trip. We make use of Sanospray, a professional sprayer which will be diffused in each vehicle to disinfect any possible contamination.
Enhanced care package for clients
Respiratory viruses, such as COVID-19, spread when mucus or droplets containing the virus get into your body through your eyes, nose or throat. This usually happens through hands. To prevent this, it is strongly recommended that you wash your hand regularly. We have upgrades our care package to include hand sanitizer, as well as grade-6 hand wipes (widely used in most hospitals) to allow our clients to wash and disinfect their hands.
Practised a new greeting
Social distancing and proper hand sanitization do not have to come at the cost of politeness and respect. We are still committed to greeting you and providing a luxury level of services. Instead of greeting you with a handshake, we will greet you with a slight bow. This is our way of showing respect while simultaneously limiting physical contact and the risk of infection.
Ride in the back seat
In order to ensure the safety of you, your guests and our chauffeurs we are requesting that passengers ride in the back seats. This helps to reduce the proximity between chauffeur and passengers. Our vehicles will also be operating at a reduced capacity, minimizing the number of people present within a vehicle to reduce the risk of spread.
